2. Visiting this website

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you visit the site, Vercel automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, date and time of access, the page requested, browser and operating system. This is needed to deliver the website securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log data is deleted after a short period. Vercel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and we have concluded a data processing agreement with Vercel.

Our domain's DNS and email forwarding are provided by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, which is also certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

3. Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand how the website is used and how fast it loads. These tools work without cookies and do not store any information on your device. Visitors are counted using an anonymised identifier that is discarded after 24 hours, so we cannot identify you or follow you across websites. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in improving our website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Cookies and fonts

This website does not set any cookies. Fonts are served from our own server, so no connection to Google or other font providers is made when you visit.

5. Contacting us

When you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we process the information you send us, such as your name, contact details, the links to the content in question and your description of the case. We use this data only to answer your request, prepare a quote and carry out the removal (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We delete it once it is no longer needed, unless statutory retention periods require us to keep it.

If you contact us via WhatsApp, your message is also processed by WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Meta). Please refer to WhatsApp's privacy policy for details. If you prefer, you can reach us by email instead.

6. Confidentiality

We treat every case as strictly confidential. We never publish who our clients are, and we only share information with a platform to the extent needed to request a removal.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest (Art. 15–21 GDPR). To exercise these rights, simply write to hello@remooove.com.
